HCL proudly supports Rethink Mental Illness as our corporate charity partner.
Rethink Mental Illness: eliminating stigma
Mental health issues are on the rise throughout the UK and particularly within the workplace; 11.7 million working days were lost due to stress, anxiety and depression during 2015/16 and we want to create a supportive and open environment for all of our employees.
We know that mental illness is something that affects almost all of us at some point in our lives – whether directly or indirectly through family and friends – and we want to help Rethink Mental Illness eliminate stigmas. We encourage a culture of openness amongst employees by sharing their personal stories publicly to inspire and comfort others.
